摘 要:基于承钢烧结现场条件,研究了澳矿粉配比对含钒烧结过程和烧结矿冶金性能的影响。结果表明:在试验条件下,适当增加原料中澳矿粉的配比,烧结矿中的w(FeO)和w(TiO2)降低,而w(SiO2)和w(Al2O3)则升高,赤铁矿和玻璃质含量增加,烧结料层的透气性得到了改善。当澳矿粉配比在33%以内增加时,烧结成品率、烧结矿冷态转鼓指数和低温还原粉化性能以及烧结矿的产量都有所改善。综合考虑澳矿粉配比对烧结矿产量、质量及高炉冶炼过程的影响,应将澳矿粉在烧结原料中的配比提高到33%左右。Based on sintering production conditions at Chenggang, the influences of Australian ore fines ratio on sintering process and metallurgical properties of vanadium-- bearing sinter were researched. With the increase of Australian ore fines ratio in sintering mix, FeO and TiO2 contents reduced, SiO2 and Al2O3 contents increased, hematite and glassiness contents risen, which brought about the improvement of sintering bed permeability. Sintering productivity, cold strength, RDI, and yield of sinter obviously improved when Australian ore fines ratio increased in a range of less than 33 %. Considering the influence of Australian ore fines ratio on sinter yield and quality, as well as the influence on blast furnace operation, the Australian ore fines ratio in the sintering mix should be increased to about 33 % in the present conditions of sintering production at Chenggang.
