摘  要:介绍三钢对100 t复吹转炉的底吹工艺和脱磷工艺进行优化的实践。结果表明,在高冷料比条件下,转炉一倒钢水平均w(P)从0.047%下降到0.027%;平均w(Mn)从0.22%提高到0.25%;平均终渣w(TFe)下降3.26%;平均终点w(O)降低370×10-6;平均终点w(C)×w(O)积下降0.0007%。钢铁料消耗从1088 kg/t下降到1082 kg/t;合金加入量从10.2 kg/t下降到9.4 kg/t。This paper introduces the practice of optimization of bottom blowing process and dephosphorization for 100 t top and bottom combined-blowing converter at Sanming Iron and Steel Co. Under conditions of low hot metal consumption and high cold smelting charge, the results showed that average end-point [P] decreased from 0.04 7% to 0. 027 %; average end-point [Mn] increased from 0.22 % to 0.25 % ; average %T. Fe in end-point slag decreased by 3.26 %, average end-point [O] decreased by 370 ppm and end-point [C] X [O] reduced 0. 000 7 %, respectively. Average ferrous material consumption decreased from 1 088 kg/t to 1 082 kg/t and average alloy consumption decreased from 10.2 kg/t to 9.4 kg/t.
