摘 要:以宝钢用铁精矿A为脱锰剂,研究了各种工艺参数对脱锰率的影响。结果表明,铁精矿A的最佳适用温度为1500℃,最高脱硅脱锰率均达80%~90%,进一步提高加入量只会促进脱碳反应的进行,从而生成泡沫渣。为缓解泡沫渣的发生可适当降低熔渣的黏度,添加CaF2的效果优于Na20。此外,脱锰剂中添加CaO不利于脱硅脱锰反应的进行,添加SiO2对脱硅率稍有降低,但能进一步促进脱锰。Effect of processing factors on hot metal demanganization rate is studied with the iron concentrate A as a demanganization agent. The results show that the demanganization and desiliconization rate of hot metal are as high as 80^ -90% in a best temperature of 1 500 ℃ ; if more agents are added, the decarburization reaction will appear with formation of foam slag. In order to release the foam slag by decreasing the viscosity of slag, adding CaF2 is better than Na2O. In addition, CaO added in agent is unbeneficial to demanganization and desiliconization, and SiO2 is unbeneficial to desiliconization, but beneficial to demanganization.
