征地合理补偿理论实证分析--以天津市为例

摘　　要：本文以天津市为例,通过实际调研获取相关数据;以征地合理补偿理论为依据,运用征地合理补偿价格测算模型,重新测算出天津市合理征地补偿价格;同时,进一步论证了征地合理补偿理论的合理性。This article, taking Tianjin as an example, through actual investigation and study, has gained the correlation data, and taking the theory of reasonable expropriation compensation as the basis and using reckoning model of reasonable expropriation compensation price. ＇It newly calculates the reasonable expropriation compensation price in Tianjin area, meanwhile, it further proves the rationality of the theory of reasonable expropriation compensation.
