摘　　要：目的介绍带蒂髂腹股沟皮瓣折叠修复手掌洞穿性缺损经验。方法2004—2006年共收治5例手掌洞穿性缺损患者，均应用带蒂髂腹股沟皮瓣折叠修复，术后3个月行髂骨移植修复掌骨缺损、肌腱移植修复屈伸指肌腱缺损。结果皮瓣全部成活，手部外形好，功能恢复满意。结论带蒂皮瓣折叠修复方法修复手掌洞穿性缺易行，安全，效果较好。Objective Introduce folding groin pediele flap to repair perforated palm defect. Methods 2004 -2006, 5 eases of perforated palm defect received folding groin pediele flap repair. Three months later, iliae bone graft repair metacarpal bone defect, tendon transplant repair flexion and extension tendon defects. Result All the flaps survived, hand good shaped, satisfied with the functional recovery after a follow - up from 1 to 4 years. Conclusion Pediele flap folding repair of perforated palm is an easy method with security and better results.
