胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病不良反应的护理干预

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病患者使用胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病中出现的常见问题，总结护理对策。方法调查2007年1月～2008年1月我院30例糖尿病患者在使用胰岛素泵治疗3个月后出现的常见问题，并计算其发生率。结果在使用胰岛素泵3个月后，部分患者出现了不同程度的异常高血糖、异常低血糖、对胶布过敏、胰岛素渗漏、输注障碍、皮肤感染、输注部位疼痛、焦虑抑郁情绪等不良反应，其中，输注障碍、异常低血糖、异常高血糖发生率最高，其发生率分别为26．7％、16．7％、13．3％。结论通过了解胰岛素泵使用中发生的常见问题，适时给予相应的护理干预，保证胰岛素泵治疗顺利进行，有利于提高治疗效果，提高病人生活质量。Objective To explore common issues and nursing care of diabetics with insulin pump therapy. Methods 26 diabetic patients in the Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical College, between January 2007 and January 2008, were enrolled in this study. Analyze the problems of diabetics with insulin pump therapy, and compute its incidence rate. Results The most familiar problem were： infusion obstacle, abnormality hypoglycemia, abnormality hyperglycemia, and its incidence rate is 26.7%. 16.7% and 13.3 % respectively. Conclusion Understand familiar problem of diabetics with insulin pump therapy,which can be advantageous to exaltation treatment effect, and improve live quality of diabetics
