摘　　要：综述F18菌毛的一般特性、表达和提取、相关血清型和毒力因子、亚单位及基因调控等。The entemtoxigenic, Escherichia coli （ETEC）, especially whose fimbriae is F18 positive, is the most important pathogenic bacteria of post-weaning Escherichia coli diarrhea.There was so much research progress in the morphology, feature, culture, extraction, related serum type and virulent factor, subunit and gene regulation of F18 fimberia and in this paper a review of these researches was made.
