摘　　要：介绍了最近几年白斑综合征病毒WSSV致病相关基因的研究进展,包括病毒囊膜蛋白基因、核衣壳蛋白基因、病毒复制过程的关键酶基因、细胞因子受体基因、潜伏相关基因和抑制宿主细胞凋亡机制的基因等。The whitespot syndrome virus（WSSV） is the major pathogen which causes the fulminant epidemic in fanned shrimp. So far, the research on WSSV has been focused on the analysis of the structural and functional gene and molecular mechanism of nosogenesis. In this paper recent research on the nosogenesis-related gene of WSSV was mainly presented, including the envelope protein gene, nucleocapsid protein gene, key enzyme gene of replication, putative cytokine receptor gene,latency-related gene and anti-apeptosis gene and so on,which aimed at providing a reference for mare efficient method for the control of WSSV at molecular level.
