摘  要:以成都市青白江区大气容量核算个案,构建环境大气容量的模型。阐述了城市区域在一定的环境标准下,某一环境单元大气所能承纳的污染物的最大允许量,归纳了污染源调查和市区域环境容量测算方法以及基于环境容量进行总量分配的基本方法,提供了具体的技术参数。In this paper the accounting method of the capacity of the atmosphere and bellow in Qingbaijiang District of Chengdu being taken as a case, the accounting model of the atmosphere capacity was built. In the urban area within a certain environmental standards, the maximum allowable amount of the atmospheric pollutants per an environmental unit was described. The technical parameters for the basic method of the investigation of the source of pollution in the regional environment, the calculation of environmental capacity in urban area and the distribution of total capacity were provided. The model had some practical values for the staff researching the atmosphere environmental management in city.
