摘　　要：土地整理是一种综合性的区域开发活动,在开发过程中不可避免地会对生态环境产生直接和间接、有利和有害的影响。在综合分析有关资料的基础上,从生态结构的合理性、生态功能的稳定性、生态环境的适宜性3个方面构建了由植被覆盖率、景观破碎度等17个指标组成的生态环境干扰强度评价指标体系,对土地整理前后的区域生态环境进行了分析,旨在为调节土地整理过程中人类活动的干扰强度和干扰方式以及改善项目区生态环境提供科学的依据。Land consolidation is a sort of comprehensive regional exploitation activity, which can unavoidably bring direct and indirect or advantageous and disadvantageous influence on the ecological environment in development process. On the basis of synthetical analysis of relational data, in the paper the scientific evidence to adjust disturbance intensity and manners of human activity and to improve ecological environment in project area in the process of land consolidation were discussed, which could construct the evaluation index system of ecological environment disturbance intensity, The evaluation index system consisted of 17 indexes from the rationality of ecological structure, the stability of ecological function and the suitability of ecological environment,which was the fraction of green vegetation, landscape fragmentation degree and so on. And the regional ecological environment in the front and back of land consolidation was analyzed.
