摘　　要：通过对"大树进城"现象及城市风景林的现状分析,明确了风景林保护的必要性和迫切性;分别从风景林的法律定义、生态环境特征、风景环境特征等几个方面,阐述了风景林在认定及风景完整性、生态环境等方面的法律问题,并基于此提出了制定风景林保护法律的若干建议。Through the analysis on phenomenon of big nee into city and the status quo of scenic forest in city, the necessity and urgency of scenic forest protection were expounded. From several aspects such as legal definition, characters of ecological environment and scenery environment, the legal questions in scenic forest on cognizance, scenic integrity and ecological environment etc. were stated, on base of which some suggestions were provided to formulate the legal protection of scenic forest.
