天津市农业自主创新能力评价指标体系研究

摘　　要：根据天津农业的特点和农业自主创新能力发展的要求,在讨论考核评价指标体系构建原则的基础上,确定了农业自主创新能力评价指标体系,利用德尔斐法(Delphi)确定了评价指标的权重,最后利用该评价指标体系对天津市农业自主创新能力发展进行了实证研究。According to the agricultural characteristics and the developing demand in the agricultural self-renovation capability in Tianjin and based on the discussion on the construction principle of evaluation index system, the evaluation index system of the agricultural self-renovation capability was set up and the weight of evaluation index was fixed by the method of Delphi.At last,the empirical work was done in the development of evaluation index system of the agricultural self-renovatian capability of Tianjin with this index system.
