摘　　要：通过-50℃低温钢15MnNiNbDR钢板以及配套锻件、配套焊接材料的应用研究,掌握乙烯装置用-45^-50℃的2000 m3乙烯球罐的制造关键技术;通过对制造过程中各关键环节的严格控制,研制出容积2000 m3、设计温度-45℃、设计压力1.75 MPa的乙烯球罐。As studied the -50℃ low temperature steel 15 MnNiNbDR and correlative forging and welding material. The main technology of manufacturing the - 45 - - 50 ℃ 2000 m^3 ethylene spherical tank have been cleared. Through strict control of the manufacture progress, the developed ethylene spherical tank have a volume of 2000 m^3 and designed temperature of -45 ℃ and designed pressure of 1.75 MPa.
