TSG R6003—2006《压力容器压力管道带压密封作业人员考核大纲》的特点及若干问题的商榷

摘　　要：简述了我国特种设备安全技术规范系统及TSG R6003—2006《压力容器压力管道带压密封作业人员考核大纲》颁布的意义和内容,指出本大纲中出现的术语不统一、内容不协调、适用范围不肯定及选词不当,给出了具体的修改意见。阐述了用"密封注剂"取代"密封剂"术语的根据和必要性。希望本规范在修订时能充分考虑这些建议,使本考核大纲日臻完善。This paper introduces briefly the system of Chinese ＂special equipment safety regulation＂ and significance and content of promulgated ＂Examination Requirements of Online Leak Sealing Operator for Pressure Vessel and Pressure Pipe＂ （TSG R6003--2006）, and points out that in the examination requirements the terminology is not unified, the content is uncoordinated, the applicable scope did not affirm, and some terms are improper, and gives detailed revision suggestions. The reason and necessity of using the term＂ injecting sealants＂ instead of＂ sealants＂ has been proposed. The suggestions in this article will be fully considered at this standard, to consummate this examination requirements day by day.
