摘　　要：城乡互动与关联发展是协调城乡关系、促进城乡共同发展的有效途径。针对甘肃省的特点,依据科学性、可操作性、系统性与层次性相结合、完备性和动态性的原则,建立了该省城乡互动与关联发展综合评价指标体系,并运用多种方法对全省14个市、州的城乡互动与关联发展水平进行了评价,将综合多种评价方法的结果作为最后评价值,较好地反映了城乡互动与关联发展的现况。最后,通过聚类分析和各指标的对比分析,指出了甘肃省各地区构建新型城乡关系、实现城乡互动与关联发展所面临的主要制约因素。The interactive and conjunctional urban-rural development is an effective approach to coordinate urban-rural relationship and promote the well-being of its progress. Based on the chief characteristics of Gansu Province, the author set up a comprehensive index system for synthetic evaluation on conditions of urban-rural interaction and conjunctional development of Gansu Province, with the guidance of following principles ： scientific, exercisable, system-layer conjunctional, dynamic and comprehensive. Then, the author employs multiple methods to assess and sequence the current situations of the development of 14 regions in Gansu Province and makes a synthetical investigation on various outcomes. Finally, resting upon the results of comparative analysis of different indices and cluster analysis, the author convincingly points out the main factors that pose great challenge to the construction of a new urban-rural relation and the advancement of urban-rural interaction and conjunctional development of Gansu Province.
