摘  要:针对洪水灾害和洪灾损失评估的特点,采用混合式模糊神经网络数学模型对一典型流域洪灾经济损失进行评估,并且与BP网络评估损失模型进行了比较。虽然混合式模糊神经网络模型在洪水经济损失评估中是初次尝试,但评估结果表明模型从收敛速度和评估精度都取得了较好的效果,为洪水经济损失评估提供了新的方法、新的思路。According to the characteristic of flood disaster and evaluation on flood loss, the flood loss in the representative drainage area was evaluated by using the mixed fuzzy nerve net model. At the same time, the mixed fuzzy nerve net model was compared with the model of evaluation on the loss in the BP net. Although the mixed fuzzy nerve net model was firstly applied to evaluate the economic loss of flood, the evaluating result showed that the model had a good effect on the convergence velocity and evaluating precision and provided new method and thought for the evaluation on economic loss of flood.
