摘　　要：通过PCR-SSCP技术对6个地方鸡种的Sox8基因的编码区进行了单核苷酸多态性分析,在外显子3发现两个突变位点:即786 C→T和1 350 G→A。经统计分析和计算各种基因型频率及基因频率表明,在786 C→T的突变中,等位基因A在肉鸡中的频率比在蛋鸡中的频率高。因此,本试验得出趋势性结论:等位基因A的基因频率同脂肪性状呈正相关。PCR-SSCP technology was applied to detect SNPs of the exons of the Sox8 gene. The results showed that there were two mutant sites in the third exon（786 C→T and 1 350 G→A）. Combining the computation of genotype frequency, gene frequency and statistical analysis with fat contain, this study found the frequency of allele A was higher in broilers than in layers and obtained a tendentious conclusion that the gene frequency of allele Awas positively correlated with fat character.
