摘　　要：土壤微生物在土壤养分转化与腐殖质形成过程中有着重要的作用。文章综述了影响土壤微生物的各种因素及连作、轮作、化肥、农药及其他农艺措施对土壤微生物的影响,提出了合理的农艺措施与土壤微生物之间的关系以及合理调控土壤微生物的群落结构、维护土壤生态环境的研究方向。Soil microorganism plays an important role in the process of nutrient transformation and humus forming in soil. This paper reviewed the various factors affecting the soil microorganism and effect of con-tinuous cropping, rotation, fertilizer, pesticides and other agricultural practices on soil microorganism, and we put forward the relationship between soil microorganisms and agronomic measures and reasonable regulation of soil microbial community structure, protecting the ecological environment of soil.
