摘　　要：在比较公共管理与传统行政管理的区别的基础上,本文简要回顾了公共管理学科的发展,分析了该学科在美国国防领域的应用实践经验,并就公共管理如何应用于中国的国防管理实践,进行了学科定位和具体对策建议方面的展望。Based on the compareing of the diffemce between the public management and the traditional administration, this thesis reviews the branch of public management＇s development, and analyses the application of public management in national defense of USA. With regared to the application to national defense of China, the orientation of the branch of public management and relative are brought forward .
