摘　　要：结合工程实例,分析底部两层框架砌体结构房屋抗震设计,提出了改善底部两层框架砖房结构抗震性能的建议。Combined with practical work, the analysis of anti -sesmic design on double -frame of bottom building structure is made. presented suggestions to improve anti - seismic performance of this structure.
