AO跟骨钢板治疗跟骨关节内骨折(附36例报告)

摘　　要：目的总结跟骨关节内骨折手术治疗体会,为提高手术疗效、改进手术方法提供借鉴。方法对36例41侧移位的跟骨关节内骨折切开复位AO跟骨钢板内固定。疗效评价根据MarylandFootScore足部评分标准。结果36例41侧均获随访12～56个月,患足功能优13侧(32%),良26侧(64%),可2侧(4%)。结论跟骨关节内骨折切开复位,AO钢板内固定是比较好的治疗方法。[Objective] To evaluate the outcomes of surgical treatment of intraarticular calcaneal fracture, and to improve decision making and efficacy of the treatment [Method] 41 fractures in 36 patients with intraarticular calcaneal fractures were given internal fixation with AO steel plate. The foot functions of the patients were evaluated according to Maryland Foot Score. [Rusults] In the 41 fractures who were followed up for 12 to 56 months, excellent results were obtained in 13 （46.7%）, good in 16 （50%）, fair in 2 （3.6%）. [Conclusion] Open reduction and internal fixation with AO steel plate are better choice of treatment for intraarticular calcaneal.
