摘　　要：本文阐述了新一代编程语言 Java对未来图书情报领域所带来的深刻影响 ,通过一个实例说明了用 Java将图书情报专业中一些实用统计功能实现为 Web页中应用程序小块的方法。The effect of Java, a new generation programming language, on the field of future library and information management is discussed. Through an example, the method of converting some pracitical statistic functions into an applet of a Web Homepage with the Java programming language is illustrated.
