摘　　要：对“灰色文献”的类型、特点进行了论述，并从宏观及微观的角度提出了开发利用“灰色文献”The categories and characteristics of the unoffically published documents are discussed .The ways and methods of exploiting-utilizing the resources are systematically put forword from the macro and micro viewpoints.
