摘　　要：论述图书馆引入管理心理学的必要性。As a sub field of management science, management psychology should be introduced into libraries, which will play an important role in further improving library management. Hence, this paper mainly approaches the following aapects: the necessities and significance of the introduction of management psychology into libraries and some related matters needing to be paid attention .
