摘　　要：通过对外文现刊特点的分析，给出一种实用的“非冗余队列记到法”，使外文现刊的“多变”性与关系数据库记录长度“不可变”The management of foreign current periodcals is very important for special libraries and there are lots of work in it.Through analysing the characteristics of foreign periodicals, the author points out a register method of non-redundancy queue. The method is practical and makes the contradiction between changeful foreign periodicals and changeless record length of RDBMS to be solvable.The application programs on the basis of the method have been used to the mana gement system of foreign periodicals and is satisfying in result.
