改良阴茎延长加增粗术临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的:探索一种理想的阴茎延长术,同期增粗术式。方法:对10例阴茎短小症患者进行改良的阴茎延长加增粗术式即松解阴茎浅悬韧带,2个交错皮瓣加小阴囊皮瓣减张推进缝合方法;同期PTFE充填,阴茎增粗。结果:10例阴茎短小症患者术后伤口愈合良好,阴茎平均延长3.5～4.5cm,平均增粗2.0～2.5cm,外观改善满意,随访性生活满意。结论:该术式松解延长了阴茎皮肤,较经典的阴茎延长术式术后效果好,手术操作简单,容易掌握。Objective To provide an ideal operation of penile lengthening and thickening for penile short cases. Methods The technique most commonly used for penile lengthening is the release of the superficial suspensory ligament in combination with two transposition skin flap and one scrotal skin flap plasty. Girth was increased by filling PTFE. Results 10 patients with short penis were treated with the method. All flaps survived and 3.5-4.5 cm extra length and 2.0-2.5cm extra girth of the penile shaft was achieved. Appearance and function of the penis were improved. Conclusion The modified penile enlargement operation by releasing and lenthing penis skin is more effective than conventional.
