摘　　要：围绕评估信息政策产生的效益，达到或实现预期目标的程度及政策实施的范围等问题，研究建立信息政策评估的指标体系。In order to evaluate the elements of information policies including the benefits, the extent of achieving the desired objective, the implementing range, etc., a corresponding target system of policy evaluation must be set up.
