摘　　要：目的探讨夜尿症状对良性前列腺增生患者生活质量和接受手术率的影响。方法采用问卷方法随机调查我院2006年8～12月126例门诊和住院患者,被调查者均为诊断明确的良性前列腺增生患者。结果按积分将夜尿增多对生活质量的影响分为轻、中、重三组,采用SPSS12.0软件包双向有序列联表卡方检验方法检验夜尿增加症状对生活质量影响程度与患者最终接受手术治疗率的关系,证实其联系有统计学意义。结论夜尿增多症状是老年性的良性前列腺增生症患者最受困扰的一个下尿路症状,降低了患者的生活质量,是一个与患者最终接受手术相关的因素。Objective To approach the influence of nocturia on quality of life and degree of operation accepting in patients of benign prostatic hyperplasia, Methods We investigated randomly the 126 patients of OPD and hospital patients who had been diagnosed as benign prostatic hyperplasia from August 2006 to December 2006 adopting questionnaire, Results We divided influence of noctoria on quality of life into three groups and tested the correlation between degree of noturia influence on quality of life and accepting operation rate use SPSS12,0 software,and confirmed statistics meaning between them. Conclusion Nocturia is the most bothersome symptom of LUTS in patients with BPH, It degrades the quality of life and is a correlated factor with patients who accepted operation finally.
