摘 要:目的观察静息心率及24h平均心率与冠心病及冠状动脉狭窄程度的关系。方法观察208例入选者的静息心率及用Holter监测24h平均心率,据冠状动脉造影结果将分为对照组及冠心病组。结果冠心病组静息心率及24h平均心率均显著高于对照组(静息心率为77.48±12.15次/分vs(70.26±10.27)次/分,P<0.05;24h平均心率为80.52±10.45次/分vs71.96±7.36次/分,P<0.05);静息心率与冠状动脉狭窄程度呈正相关(r=0.347,P<0.001),24h平均心率亦与冠状动脉狭窄程度显著相关(r=0.477,P<0.001)。冠状动脉狭窄部位与静息心率及24h平均心率均无显著相关性(相关系数分别为0.048及0.091,P值均>0.05)。结论24h平均心率与静息心率均与冠状动脉的狭窄程度正相关,但均与冠状动脉狭窄部位无显著相关性;两者均是冠心病的独立危险因子与冠心病发生、发展及预后有关。Objeetive To explore the relationship between heart rate and the severity of coronary stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Holter and resting heart rate (RHR) were determined in 208 indivaduls who were divided into control group and coronary heart disease (CDH) group by the outcomes of coronary angiography. Results Both RHR and the average heart rate in 24 hours(AHR) of CHD group were significantly higher than that in control group (RHR: 77.48 ± 12.15 bpm vs 70.26 ± 10.27 bpm, P〈0.05;AHR:80.52± 10.45 bpm vs 71.96±7.36 bpm,P〈0.05). No significance was found between RHR and AHR (P〉0.05). Both of them.were significantly related to the severity of coronary stenosis (RHR: r=0.347,P〈0.001; AHR: r=0.477,P〈0.001) but not to the location of the lesion (RHR: r=.048,P〉0.05; AHR: r=-0.091,P〉0.05). Conclusion Both RHR and AHR are related to the severity of coronary artery lesion; AHR as well as RHR is risk factor of CHD.
