鼻内镜下射频治疗鼻腔血管瘤的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下射频治疗鼻腔血管瘤的疗效。方法42例鼻腔血管瘤患者采用鼻内镜下射频治疗并予常规护理。结果治疗半年后随访:治愈40例,复发2例,总有效率95.2%。结论鼻内镜下射频手术是一种安全的微创手术,对鼻腔血管瘤有较好的疗效,值得推广应用。Objective To assess the effect of radiofrequency ablation by endoscopic nasal surgery in the treatment of nasal cavity angioma. Methods 42 patients with angioma in nasal cavity operated on under nasal endoscope by radiofreqency ablation,received routine treatments and nursing care after operations. Results In all cases, 40 cases were cured and 2 cases developed relapse,the total effective rates were 95.2%. Conclusion Radiofreqency ablation by endoscopic nasal surgery is minimally invasive and safe,has good effect of angioma in nasal cavity, extensive application is advisable.
