摘 要:目的探讨3.0TMR进行冠脉成像的可行性及影响图像质量的因素。材料与方法37例患者应用3.0T机扫描,男性26例,女性11例。3DCMRA采用3DT2准备快速场回波序列,TFEfactor根据不同心率选定(TFEfactor=11-19),采用SPIR进行脂肪抑制。图像质量采用3级评价。结果36例顺利完成检查。冠状动脉图像质量达Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级占92.6%。未能显示或显示不良者占7.4%(24/322),影响因素主要包括定位不准确,心脏运动及呼吸运动。结论应用3.0TMR冠状动脉成像技术的图像质量可基本满足诊断需要,采用心电触发技术和呼吸导航回波技术可有效减少冠脉成像的运动伪影。Objective To investigate the feasibility and main factors influencing image quality of coronary MR angiography at 3.0T. Materials and Methods The coronary MR angiography was performed in 37 patients. 3D T2-TFE sequence and SPIR for fat suppression was used. Visible coronary artery segments and imaging quality were assessed. Results 92.6% of segments of coronary artery had an acceptable image quality ( 〉or =grade 2).The main factors influencing imaging quality were imprecise orientation, cardiac motion and respiratory motion. Conclusions The coronary MR angiography at 3.0T is feasible. Electrocardiographically gating combined with real time respiratory navigator gating reduces effectively the motion artifacts of the imaging.
