摘  要:普通灌浆料存在收缩和泌水大的问题。本文研究了减缩剂J_1、膨胀组分硫铝酸盐水泥、石膏对灌浆料早期体积稳定性、流动性能的影响,以及高效减水剂和缓凝剂J_2对灌浆料流动度的改善作用,外加剂K_3对灌浆料泌水率的影响。研究结果表明:减缩剂J_1掺量在0.01%~0.5%、硫铝酸盐水泥、石膏掺量在4%~10%时,灌浆料自由收缩率小于0.75%;减水剂和缓凝剂J_2的最佳掺量分别为0.8%和0.054%:外加剂K_3掺量在0.01%~1%时,浆体不泌水并具有极好的充盈度。根据该结果,研制出了高性能压浆剂,其所有性能均满足客运专线的要求。Ordinary grouting materials would lead to Problem of high shrinkage and bleeding. Effects of shrinkagereducing agent J1, sulphoaluminate cement and gypsum on early-stage volume stability and flowability of grouting material, improving effects of superplasticizer and retarder J2 on its flowability, effects of additive K3 on bleeding rate of grouting material were studied. Tsting results revealed that when addition shrinkage-reducing agent J1 ranged between 0.01%-0.5%, addition of sulphoaluminate cement and gypsum, ranged between 4%-10%, free shrinkage of grouting material was controlled at less than 0.75%. Optimum addition of superplasticizer and retarder J2 should be controlled at 0.8% and 0.054% respectively. When addition of additive K3 ranged between 0.01%-0.1%, the grout incurred no bleeding and resulted in excellent filling degree as well. Based on this result, high performance grout injection agent was developed, all of its properties could satisfy the requirements of passenger dedicated lines.
