摘 要:为了更好地利用井下煤层气资源,通过统计分析我国历年井下煤层气抽采情况,认识到:我国的抽采总量逐年增加,但抽采率低、抽采效果不佳;我国目前煤矿井下抽采煤层气利用情况为:井下抽采尚处于起步阶段,利用量小、利用率低,没有形成规模,利用项目主要集中在瓦斯抽采量较高的国有重点煤矿区,尤其是45户安全重点监控企业。从客观和主观两个方面分析了抽采率低下的原因,并结合国内外的最新研究进展,最后提出了解决问题的对策:①在高产高效工作面试验、推广应用综合抽采煤层气的方法;②转变对瓦斯抽采的观念;③研究瓦斯抽采技术,提高瓦斯抽采水平;④加强瓦斯浓缩技术和储运技术的研究,消除矿井瓦斯抽采量和抽采浓度不稳定、储存和远距离输送成本高等不利因素的影响;⑤研究和开发瓦斯利用的新途径,扩大利用范围,瓦斯利用要适应瓦斯抽采的规模和浓度,最终在保障煤矿安全生产和尽可能扩大瓦斯利用上达到统一,确保瓦斯资源的充分合理利用。In order to better utilize downhole coalbed methane,statistical analysis is performed on drainage of downhole coalbed methane over the years in China.It is revealed that the total volume of drainage is growing year by year in China,but the drainage rate is relatively low and the effect is poor.Downhole drainage of coalbed methane is still at the initial stage,the amount of coalbed methane gas utilized is relatively small,the utilization ratio is relatively low,and the utilization projects are concentrated in some big state-owned coal mines with relatively large volume of drainage coalbed methane,especially in the 45 focal enterprises for safety monitoring.Finally,the causes of low drainage rate are analyzed in objective and subjective aspects,and solutions of these problems are proposed based on the latest research results both at home and abroad:①to test and deploy integrated gas drainage methods on highly-productive and highly-efficient faces;②to change the conception of gas drainage;③to carry out research on gas drainage technologies to enhance gas drainage;④to strengthen study on techniques such as gas concentration,storage and transportation,and eliminate the adverse factors such as instability of gas volume and concentration,as well as high cost of storage and long distance transportation;⑤to develop new approaches of gas utilization adaptable to the scale and concentration of gas drainage,reach a compromise between safe production and maximization of gas utilization,and ensure the full utilization of gas resources.
