摘　　要：空间通信中计算资源和功率有限,星载设备存储容量和处理能力受限。为适应各种空间环境的限制,本文根据空间数据系统咨询委员会(the consultative committee for space data systems,CCSDS)图像数据压缩标准,对图像直流系数采用分组密码加密,对交流系数采用序列密码加密,提出了一种面向空间通信的图像复合加密算法。实验结果表明,该算法具有良好的安全性能和实时加密能力,可适用于空间图像数据的安全传输。Due to the constraint of computational resource, protocols designed for space communications should be of less complexity. In this paper, a hybrid algorithm for image encryption is proposed for space communication by exploiting the characteristics of CCSDS IDC （image data compression） and SCPS-SP （space communication protocol specification-security protocol）. We state that for image data, IDC is adopted as the compression method to output scalable bit stream with decreasing importance. Accordingly, the output bits of IDC are differentially encrypted by giving stronger protection to the front important bits and simpler encryption to remaining bits. By this means, a proper tradeoff is made between encryption complexity and image security. The experimental results indicate that our algorithm can provide real-time eneryption and is well-suited for space communication.
