摘 要:针对禽流感病毒(AIV)的快速检测,利用抗体一抗原特异性结合原理及压电晶体的质量效应,制作了基于压电晶体的禽流感生物传感器,结合现场可编程门阵列、单片机技术及计算机技术,研究和开发了多通道禽流感压电检测系统。通过振荡电路的特殊设计,系统可在全液相的条件下实现禽流感病毒抗原的多通道快速检测,32个检测通道可任意选择组合。应用基于Excel环境下的Visual Basic Application编程,充分利用Excel强大的数据处理能力,方便地实现了对所采集数据的处理、显示和存储。应用此系统进行了AIV抗原的实测,实验结果表明:系统频移变化与溶液中AIV抗原浓度的自然对数在2.0~6.0范围内成线性关系,系统约40min即可完成对禽流感抗原的检测,为禽流感快速、现场检测提供了一种有效的检测技术方法。For the quick detection of avian influenza virus (AIV), based on the specific binding principle between antibody and antigen as well as the mass effect of piezocrystal, a biosensor based on piezocrystal for AIV detection was fabricated. Combining field programmable gate array (FPGA) with micro-controller unit and computer technology, a multi-channel piezoelectricity detection system was investigated and developed. The system can quickly detect AIV antigen in entirely aqueous status due to special design of the oscillation circuit, and its 32 channels can be combined discretionarily. Utilizing Visual Basic application program embedded in Excel and the strong data processing capability of Excel, the system software realizes easily the processing, display and storage of the acquisition data. Some experimental researches were carried out using this system. Experimental results indicate that the frequency of the system changes linearly with the natural logarithm of the concentration of the antigen in solution in the range of 2.0 - 6.0. The system can accomplish the detection of AIV antigen in about 40 minutes, which provides a quick, in situ AIV detection method.
