摘  要:研究了桡侧腕长伸肌(ECRL)表面肌电信号与手握力大小的相关性。9名健康的志愿者参加了本次实验,实验测量最大自主收缩力(MVC),并记录20%MVC、40%MVC、60%MVC及80%MVC时ECRL的表面肌电信号,采用积分肌电图方法提取表面肌电信号的特征参数,统计以受试者自身的MVC为基准的不同握力水平的相对特征值,分析受试者ECRL表面肌电特征参数和握力大小的相关性。结果表明,受试者ECRL表面肌电的特征值与握力大小存在正相关性,即可以通过ECRL表面肌电信号的特征值预测握力的大小,评价运动功能和康复程度。The relationship between the sEMG signal on ECRL and the hand grip level was studied. 9 healthy volunteers were recruited to participate in the grip test. The grip test task includes MVC and four force levels-20% MVC, 40% MVC, 60% MVC and 80% MVC. Volunteers were required to carry out each task three times, and sEMG signals were recorded from ECRL. The amplitude characteristics of sEMG signals were calculated by the integrated electromyogram. Then, we analyzed the relationship between the characteristics of sEMG and different grip-force levels based on the relative values that were defined as the ratio of MVC condition. The test result indicates that there exists positive correlation between the characteristics of ECRL's sEMG and the grip levels. It suggests that the sEMG characteristics can be used to non-invasively predict hand grip force for measuring motion function and assessing the motion function rehabilitation.
