摘  要:在光伏应用系统中,分段恒流是实现蓄电池高效、快速充电的一种有效方法。本文根据蓄电池的饱和程度采用不同大小的充电电流原理,以充电效率高达95%和带工作模式可调的新型DC-DC变换器件MAX1641为核心,设计了一种光伏智能快速充电方案。文中重点介绍了带工作模式选择的智能DC-DC变换器MAX1641,设计了12V输出的MAX1641应用电路、采用2级运放构成的电压检测、基于恒流源的电源线电流检测和基于数字温度传感器DS18B20的温度检测。最后给出系统的软件设计流程。本设计集成度和充电效率较高,实现简单,工作可靠,可望在光伏工程中得到应用。Staggered invariableness current is an effective method to charge efficiently and rapidly for accumulator in photovoltaic application system. Based on the changing of saturation of accumulator with different charged currents, a photovoltaic intelligent fast charging scheme is proposed in this paper. The core is a new kind of DC-DC converter with 95% charge efficiency and adjustable work mode. Firstly, MAX1641 is introduced, and then a relevant circuit with a 12 V output is designed. The schemes is based on voltage measurement with two stage op-amp, power line current measurement with constant current source, and temperature measurement with digital temperature sensor DS18B20. Lastly the software flow chart of the system is presented. The integration and charge efficiency of this design is advanced. The system implements expediently and works reliably. It is probably applied in photovoltaic engineering.
