摘　　要：通过回顾大量文献,我院参照国家卫生部的《医院分级管理标准》、医院管理年活动医疗服务质量检查表和浙江省护理质控中心精神,根据Donabedian的质量评价模式改进手术室护理质量评价标准,改进了手术室护理质量评价标准并应用于临床,经过一年多的实践证明,新标准符合临床手术室护理工作实践的要求,涵盖了手术室护理质量管理中最需要关注的环节,可操作性强,可用于对护理工作进行评价,指导手术室护理人员工作实践,有效提高手术室护理管理质量。Based on hospital classification management standard promulgated by Ministry of Health, medical service quality questionnaire and the idea of nursing quality control center, after reviewing a lot of literature and following Donabedian quality evaluation model, operating room nursing quality evaluation standard was revised. More than a year practice in clinical department, new evaluation standard could fit to clinical department. The important process should be attended in operating room nursing quality management was concerned. The new guideline could guide clinical nursing service and effectively improve operating room nursing quality management.
