摘 要:连续退火炉炉壳钢板长期服役后多处开裂,本文通过性能测试、硬度检查、金相分析、化学成分分析、应力测试及有限元分析等方法对连续退火炉的安全性进行了评估。结果表明,连续退火炉炉壳材料性能有所下降,金相组织发生了球化,但对其使用影响不大;炉壳钢板开裂不是材料劣化引起的,主要是由于炉壳钢板上存在着较大的拉应力,与辐射管附近、锚固钉与钢板的焊接处等部位的应力集中有关。炉壳的开裂可以通过焊接进行修复,修复后的炉壳钢板可继续安全使用。The steel plates of the continuous annealing furnace jacket were found to have some cracks after a long period of service. In this paper, the security of the continuous annealing furnace was evaluated by property and hardness testing, metallographic and chemical analysis, stress testing, and finite element analysis. The results show that the material properties of the continuous annealing furnace jacket have declined and spheroidized structure exists in the metallurgical structure, but the deterioration of the material is not the main cause of the cracks. The cracking of the steel plates was mainly caused by high tensile stress and stress concentration at some regions. The cracks of the steel plates can be repaired, and the repaired steel plates can go on serving safely.
