摘  要:目的初步探讨磁敏感加权成像(SWI)对颅内出血的诊断价值。方法对临床或手术证实为颅内出血患者63例行3.0T磁共振检查,比较常规序列及SWI序列检查的检出率。结果SWI检出62例(98.4%),常规序列检出51例(81.0%)。两者对颅内出血检出率差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论SWI序列对颅内出血的敏感性高,检出率明显高于常规序列。Objective To initially study the diagnostic value of susceptible weighted imaging (SWI) in intracranial hemorrhage. Methods 63 intracranial hemorrhage patients proved by clinic or operation were performed by 3.0T MR, the detection rate between SWI sequence and conventional sequence was compared. Results 62 cases could be detected by SWI sequence(the detection rate was 98.4Z%), and conventional sequence detected 47 cases(the detection rate was 81.0%). The difference of the diagnostic value of intracranial hemorrhage between the two groups was statistically significant(P〈0.01). Conclusion SWI sequence is very sensitive in intracranial hemorrhage. Its detection rate is higher than that of conventional sequence.
