摘　　要："化不可代,时不可违"语出《素问.五常政大论》。此语既是理论的,也是临床的;既具有时间康复学意义,又具有临床诊疗意义。它以中医"天人相应"观点为基础,揭示了人体气化与天地相参的本质,贯穿于疾病治疗、用药以及病后康复的始终。The idea ＂qi activity can＇t be substituded and change of weather can＇t be violated＂ derived from Essential Questions, It has theoretical and clinical meaning, and it alto has the time rehabilitatioal significance and clinical diagnostic meaning. Based on TCM concept ＂man and universe being closely related＂, it penetrates through the whole process of treatment, administration, ad the rehabilitation.
