摘　　要：目的:观察蛇毒清胶囊对五步蛇咬伤患者血清超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)的影响。方法:将48例病人随机分为两组,对照组仅进行常规治疗,治疗组加服蛇毒清胶囊治疗。治疗1周后,测定患者治疗前后血清超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活力及丙二醛(MDA)含量,并作组间比较。结果:血清超氧化物岐化酶活力:对照组<治疗组;丙二醛:对照组>治疗组。结论:蛇毒清胶囊能降低五步蛇咬伤患者血清MDA水平,提高其SOD活性,对五步蛇咬伤患者有清除氧自由基的作用。Objective： To observe the influence of Sheduqing Capsule on blood serum SOD and MDA of patients by Agkistrodon aetus bite. Methods 48 cases were randomly divided into two groups： the control group had routine treatment, while the treated group were given Sheduqing Capsule. A week later, tested the vitality of blood serum SOD and the content of MDA before and after the treatment, then had a comparison between two groups. Results： For the vitality of blood serum SOD, the control group was inferior to the treated group; while for the content of MDA, the control group was better than the treated group. Conclusion： Sheduqing Capsule can decrease the level of MDA, increase the vitality of SOD, and remove the oxygen free radical of patients by Agkistrodon actus bite.
