摘　　要：目的:探讨超声在胆囊颈部结石诊断中的应用价值。方法:对我院2000年3月至2007年10月经手术证实的43例胆囊颈结石患者的超声检查情况进行回顾性分析。结果:首次检查确诊34例,第2次检查确诊5例,漏诊4例。结论:在胆囊颈部结石的诊断中,超声具有简便、无创、可重复、准确而快速等特点,经过多方法、多体位、多切面、追踪观察,可使胆囊颈部结石患者超声漏诊、误诊率降低,诊断符合率提高。Objective To study the diagnosis value of ultrasonograpy in the gall bladder neck the stone.Methods To our hospital March,2000 go to 2007 10 menstruation surgical operations to confirm of 43 gall bladder neck stone calculus the super voice of the sufferer check the circumstance carry on looking back sex analySis.Results Check to confirm 34 for the very first time,for the 24 time check confirm 5 and leak to diagnose 4.Conclusion Ultrasonograpy rise provides an easy, reproducible,accurate and faster method for diagnosis in the gall bladder neck the diagnosis of the stone.Characteristics, process in many ways method,many body,slice noodles more and track an observation,can make gall bladder neck stone calculus sufferer the super voice leak to diagnose and the misdiagnosis rate lower and diagnose to match a rate exaltation.
