摘 要:为了解决手动控制达克罗生产线难以满足批量生产要求的问题,采用可编程控制器(PLC)、人机界面、接近开关等硬件电路结合标志位等程序设计方法,将达克罗生产线浸涂处理由手动控制改为自动控制,不仅实现了浸涂工艺流程的自动化,而且实现了工艺流程的可编程化。改造后的达克罗浸涂生产线,生产效率大大提高,产品质量的稳定性与改造前相比也有了很大的提高。In order to solve the problefn that the manual controlled Dacromet smearing process line can not meet the needs of the mass production, the controlling way of the Dacromet smearing process line from manually to automatically with PLC, man-machine interface and proximity switch combining with the programming approach of sign register was changed. This kind of change not only realizes the automatically smearing process but also makes the process programmable. After revamping of equipment, the efficiency of the Dacromet smearing process line is greatly improved and the quality of the products is also more stable than before.
