摘　　要：血蓝蛋白又称血蓝素,是一种多功能蛋白,过去被称为呼吸蛋白,但最新研究表明,该蛋白与能量的贮存、渗透压的维持及蜕皮过程的调节有关。文章对血蓝蛋白的主要功能进行了详细的综述,包括血蓝蛋白的结构特点、载氧功能、抗病毒功能,以及凝血功能和抗菌活性。文章对血蓝蛋白在水生动物疾病学方面的应用前景进行了展望,可为进一步开发血蓝蛋白产品提供参考。The hemocyanin, as blue-blood element, is one kind of multi-purpose protein, which was called the breath protein in the past. But the newest research indicated that this protein has energy storing, the osmotic pressure maintenance,as well as the ecdysis process adjustment concerns. The article made the detailed summary in the hemocyanin major function, including the hemocyanin unique feature, oxygen-bearing function,anti-virus function as well as hemagglutination and antihaterial activity. The application prospects of hemocyanin in aquatic animal disease controls were also reviewed in the article in the hope of providing references for developing hemocyanin products.
