摘　　要：上海轨道交通3号线自动售检票系统的"一票换乘"改造工程于2005年成功完成。描述改造国外引进自动售检票系统的实践过程,包括把纸质磁票改为上海轨道交通"一票换乘"网络化运营的IC车票,搭建临时系统、分区过渡,统一切换上线和后续调整等技术方案设计、规划和实践,突破了原系统的一些技术瓶颈,不仅保证了改造后系统的先进性,而且还使整个系统的性能有了很大的提高。The renovation project of ＂ One Ticket Transfer＂ solution carried out in Automatic Fare Collection （ AFC ） system of Shanghai Metro Line 3 had been finished successfully in 2005. In this paper it describes the whole practice process of transforming the AFC system im- ported abroad, including the technical scheme designing, planning and implementing such as the replacement of paper magnetic ticket by IC card which is used in Shanghai Metro ＂one ticket transfer＂ network operation, the construction of temporary system, system partition and tran- sition, switching on to use uniformly and subsequent modification, etc. Meanwhile, some difficult technical problems in old system had been solved, the post-renovation system had been guaranteed its advantage and the whole performance of the system had been improved magnificently.
