摘　　要：相联存储器是一种既可按地址寻址,又可按关键字检索的半导体存储器.相联存储器不需要被检索数据按关键字排序,也不管被检索数据的多少,只要进行一次检索操作即可将关键字与全部被检索数据同时进行比较.从相联存储器的单元电路、存储矩阵和结构框图阐述其逻辑机理.The associative memory is a semiconductor memory which allows data retrieval both by address and by keyword. With neither data sorting according to the keyword nor limit on the amount of data, the associative memory is able to complete the comparisons of the keyword and all of the data simutaneously in each operation. Introduces the circuit unit, storage matrix and structure diagram to explain its logic mechanism.
