摘　　要：文章通过以小白鼠为代替人体生理学实验常用的蛙,对骨骼肌收缩实验的改进尝试,结果与传统方法一致.实验操作简单、费时短,成功率高,节约成本,而且取材不受季节限制,从而使实验达到易行、经济、高效率的目的.Reform of skeleton muscle pinch teaching experiment is performed by the white rats substituting for frog. The result of skeleton muscle pinch teaching experiment was the same as the result obtained by the traditional method. This experiment operated easily, cost ,less time; lowed costs and succeded easily,took materials unlimitedly,in order to take the aim of easiness, economy and high efficiency.
