护理干预在连台手术病人术前的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨术前护理干预对连台手术病人的影响。方法50例连台手术病人随机编入实验组（接受术前护理干预）和对照组（接受所在病区的一般心理护理），并测定其术前焦虑、心率、血压、呼吸等各项指标及护理满意度。结果实验组术前焦虑低于对照组（P〈0．01），术后满意度高于对照组，有效率100％。结论术前护理干预在缓解连台手术病人的焦虑和提高病人的满意方面效果优于一般心理护理。Objective To research the effect of Nursing Intervention to the patients who wait for operation. Methods Random divided 50 patients into the experimental group and the control group. And measured the preoperative data as heart rate, blood pressure, breath rate and anxiety index. Result The anxiety index of experimental group was below than the control group （ P 〈 O. 01 ）, and the degree of satisfaction was higher than the control group（ Effective rate was 100% ）. Conclusion The effect of nursing intervention is better than normal psychological care in reducing anxiety and improving effective rate of the patients who wait for operation.
