关节镜有限化清理联合透明质酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎

摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜有限化清理联合关节腔内注射透明质酸钠对膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法2000年3月至2007年12月,应用关节镜对203例285膝骨性关节炎进行有限化清理术,术后关节腔内注射透明质酸钠,1次/周,2ml/次,连续给药4周。按Lysholm膝关节评分标准评价疗效。结果182例得到随访,时间3～36个月,平均18个月,优61例,良83例,可32例,差4例,优良率79.12%。结论关节镜有限化清理术联合透明质酸钠关节腔内注射,对早、中期膝骨性关节炎具有良好的治疗效果。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of selective arthroscope debridement and the injection of so- dium hyaluronate（HA） in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Medthods Arthroscopic surgery was conducted in 203 cases of knee osteoarthritis form Mar 2000 to Dec 2007. After surgery injection of sodium hyaluronate（ 1/week,2 ml/times） ,four weeks for dehvery. Results There are 182 patients were followed postoperatively for 3-36 months, average 18 months. Lysholm score showed excellent outcomes in 61 cases ,good in 83 cases,fair in 32 cases,and 6 cases of poor,the rate of excellent-or-good being of 79.12%. Conclusions The selective arthroscope debridement and the injection of sodium hyaluronate（HA） have the good effect on knee osteoarthritis in the early and mid-period.
